An organization running a raffle will provide a link to their event page on Raffle Network. The link may be distibuted via several means such as email, a social network (such as Facebook) or via the organizations website.
After clicking the link, you will be taken to the raffle page. On this page you will see a drop down menu to select a number of tickets and a button to puchase tickets.
Purchase Tickets Button
Clicking the Buy Tickets button will pop up a summary of your order details. This includes the purchase amount and the number of tickets you wish to purchase. You can adjust the total number of tickets you wish to purchase from this screen as well.

Clicking Continue takes you to the checkout screen. Here you will provide your shipping and billing information to complete your purchase. Be sure to complete and double check all required fields before clicking Submit Order.
The required shipping fields are:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Address 1 (Street Address)
- ZIP Code

When filling in your payment card details, the billing entry field will expand to collect the following details:
- Card number
- Expiration date (as MM/YY)
- Card Verification Code (CVC)
- Postal code for the address associated with your card (aka Billing Address)

Once you have completed and verified all your field entries, click the Submit Order button to complete your purchase. If successful, you will see a pop up with your ticket number(s) and the shipping details you provided. An email receipt will be sent to the email address you provided containing your ticket numbers and all the details of your order.

An error will be displayed below the billing field if there is a problem with the information you submitted. Fix the incorrect information and resubmit your order.
Some possible errors include:
- The zip code you supplied failed validation.
- Your card's security code is incorrect.
- Your card was declined.
- Your card has expired.
- Your card number is invalid.
- Your card's expiration date is incomplete.
- Your postal code is incomplete.
- An error occurred while processing your card. Try again in a little bit.
