After you have completed the checkout process, you will be sent an email with the details of your purchase. This email will include:
- The order number for your purchase
- The ticket number(s) for your purchase
- The shipping address you provided
- The price of the tickets
- The total sale amount
Emails will typically arrive within seconds of your purchase but on occasion delivery may be delayed. Please allow up to an hour for delivery.
If you do not receive your confirmation or find there are errors in the information you provided, please contact our support team using either the "?" button in the lower right of the screen or via one of the methods provided in the Contact Us page. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue and get your ticket information delivered if necessary.
